Can you taste the whiskey in your caramels?

The whiskey we use adds a rich flavor to our caramels, but they do not taste like whiskey. In fact, if we didn't tell you - you would never know. 

We exclusively use Jack Daniel's Honey Whiskey in our recipe, which is boiled to a high temperature, eliminating any alcohol content and leaving behind a depth of flavor not found in other caramels. 

I have food allergies,  what ingredients are in  your caramels?

Lactose: We use butter and cream in our recipe.

Nuts: These caramels are nut free!

Gluten: We use Jack Daniel's Honey Whiskey which does contain Barley and Rye. But, we have never had someone with a gluten allergy react to our caramels.

What is the shelf life of your caramels?

Caramels do not last long in our house, so this usually isn't a worry! Our caramels should be eaten within one month of being made. However, this is more a rule of thumb because they start to re-crystallize which messes with the smooth and chewy texture - but the flavor is still there! You should be fine after a month - but why would you want to wait that long?

How do I pick-up my caramels?

Since we do not have a store-front, you will received an email once your caramels are ready for pick-up. This will include various time frames and an address. If there is a specific day and time you would like to pick-up, please specify in the notes section of your order and we will try our best to accomodate. 

How much is shipping and how far are you willing to ship?

The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your product and how much it would cost to ship that weight within the United States. However, we are willing to ship internationally and ship to Hawaii quite often. 

Do you have a return policy?

For food safety reasons, we do not accept food returns.
